Wild and wonderful it is, Babsje! Love the setting and colours too!
Many thanks, Leya! Glad you like it. Your photo of the mysterious Pine Cone structure in the forest inspired me to post it. Best, Babsje
for a second I thought this was a natural formation but realized it’s some human attempting to emulate Natures diversity.
Hi Wayne. Thanks, glad you like it. Definitely human in origin. I think your interpretation is pretty close. The artist has one at this link that reminds me of a family of birds: http://www.stickwork.net/ Best, Babsje
this guy does something similarhttps://www.livingyourwildcreativity.com/art-gallery-1-mitchell-1
Oh wow Wayne. Thanks very much for that link. His work is stunning. I like the way he said “Movement, change, light, growth and decay are the lifeblood of nature, the energies”
I knew you’d like his work. He’s put out at least one book I know of.
Ooh, thanks Wayne. I’ll have to look for his book now that my eyes are improving I’m able to actually read real books again and not just digital. What a life those nature installation artists must have. Creating out in the world with Nature their canvas.

Excellent thank you. He also has some videos. The first I tried wasn’t available. It was about streams. Wondering if it had Salmon?
Weird and spooky too!
Many thanks for your kind compliment. Apologies for my delay in replying, but your comment ended up in WordPress spam unfortunately. Best, Babsje
This Stickwork is creative and wonderful, Babsje!

Many thanks Patti. I thought you’d like it. Some of your own posts for earlier challenges had quirky outdoors statues and carvings. Best, Babsje

Interesting to see the second one on the featured work on the link you provided – the children look like humming birds.
Yes, I agree! His work fascinates me. 😊
The photo is amazing. I’ve never seen natural stickwork like that.
